Each year the CEOs of the Mahindra companies come together in the conglomerate’s internal M101 Leadership Conclave. In 2017, the M101 was organized for the first time in a Nordic country, in the Hilton Kalastajatorppa Hotel in Helsinki.

Mahindra Group chose MagnumLive to execute the event’s technical implementation. To carry out the assignment MagnumLive came up with versatile image and video technology, lighting, sound system, a custom-made stage (width 13 m), as well as decor and backstage. The impressive, seamlessly into the stage props integrated 18 sq.m/3 mm LED screen and the 101 pieces’ conference microphone system were the specialties of the overall AV implementation.
