Can beMatrix also arrange transport?
Surely we can do so. Get in touch with your beMatrix contact, so we can draw up a customised price offer. Make sure to provide these details:
- Delivery address
- Ultimate date for delivery
- The time slot when we can deliver
- Can trucks access the delivery premises easily?
- Will a tail-lift or pallet truck be needed?
Can beMatrix deliver at a trade fair?

- Delivery address, hall and stand number
- Ultimate date for delivery
- Time options at which we can deliver
- The trade show manifest and details of your contact person on site

When will my order be delivered?
In case your order has been shipped with UPS, you can track and trace its status using your tracking number on the UPS website: https://www.ups.com/track.
In case your order has not been shipped with UPS, please check with your beMatrix contact person: https://www.bematrix.com/en/contact-us/.
Can I have the driver’s telephone number?
Unfortunately, this isn’t possible. In case you have a question or run into a problem, please get in touch with your beMatrix contact.
I received damaged goods, how do I proceed?
Please describe this in detail on the CMR document of the transport firm; take photos of the damage and forward them to your beMatrix contact person.
My delivery is incomplete, parts are missing. What now?
