I have a project in a different country/continent – how do I proceed?

It is important to separate European from intercontinental projects:

  • For projects within Europe you best get in touch with the account manager of the country in which you require your stand to be built. Please visit our website for all contact details:

    In case no specific, local account manager has been appointed for the country in which you would like to build your stand, please contact our Export Manager, Paul or +31 (0)620 421 114.
  • For projects outside of Europe, please contact Dominiek or +32 (0)51 49 02 81.

Does beMatrix provide rental material abroad?

How long can I rent material for? Can a rental period be extended?

A standard rental contract has a duration of 3 weeks (from the day of pick-up to the day of returning the material). Other durations can be negotiated. You best contact our beMatrix rental hubs or bePartners • rental directly.

Where and when can I pick up rental material?

  • In Belgium, rental material can be picked up and returned at this address only:
    beMatrix HQ • Wijnendalestraat 174, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium
    Opening times: from 8 am to 6 pm (on Friday until 5 pm)
  • Outside of Belgium, you best contact our local rental hubs or bePartners • rental directly. For a list of all available rental hubs, please visit:
