How do I secure textiles in a curved frame?
On the outside of the curved frame:
To make sure your textile will fit nicely with the shape of your frame, you best secure a panel in the frame first. This panel should be small enough not to cover the slots for mounting textiles. You can then place the textile in the frame.
On the inside of the curved frame:
For curved frames with a radius > 1488 mm, you can place the textiles in the frame directly. For frames with a smaller radius, you are best to secure a panel in the frame first, small enough not to cover the slots for mounting textiles. You can then place the textile on the frame and glue it to the panel.
